Contact Pay Desk
Checked on 2026-10-28. Source: this page describes the site's own practice.
We read every message sent through this page, especially a note about a figure that looks wrong or a source that has changed. Pay Desk is a small, independently run site, so a reply can take a few days, but a correction to a tax or pay-rule figure gets priority over a general question.
What to include
If you are flagging a possible error, tell us which page you were on, which number looked off, and, if you have it, the source you compared it against. A link to the official page you are citing helps us check the claim quickly and update the fact file behind the calculator, not just the one page you saw.
What we cannot do
We cannot give you personalized tax advice, review your specific return, or represent you in a dispute with an employer or a government agency. For those situations, a licensed accountant, a payroll professional, or the agency that administers the rule (your state's labor department, or the IRS for a federal question) is the right first call. Our calculators are built to match the published rules, but your own paycheck, withholding, or deduction can differ based on details a general calculator cannot see.
Reporting an advertising problem
If an ad on this site behaves badly, such as redirecting your browser or showing misleading content, let us know which page it appeared on and roughly when. We do not choose individual ad creative ourselves; our advertising runs through a standard ad network, and a report like this helps us flag the specific ad to that network.
Press and data requests
If you are a reporter or researcher looking for a quote or a dataset built from this site's calculators, say so in your message and include your outlet or affiliation. We are glad to talk about the sources behind our figures and, where it makes sense, to share the underlying numbers for a story.
A contact form is on the way as the site grows; for now, reach us at the email address shown on this page once the site is live, and please mention the page URL and figure in question so a correction moves quickly from your note into the fact file behind the calculator.
